I found this recipe online; I've not yet tried it out so can't vouch for it but it's worth a try.

Thanks witchmabel. You put an extra full stop at the end of your URL - should read http://www.scot-trek.co.uk/granola.php0

I'm sadly addicted to Starbucks granola bars, and figured they can't be too hard to make. I've got the following in my cupboard:
flour
oats
raisins
golden syrup
sugar
honey
can I throw any of that together to make something yummy?0 -
There's a thread with recipes here
You may need to buy some more bits, but what you have is a good start.

Hi Littlevics
I don't buy Starbucks myself, and as daft as it sounds, I have never tasted a granola bar - so I can't offer any personal advice.. Are they like flapjacks?
I googled Starbucks granola bars and came up with this page - but I can't vouch for it myself! Granola bars may help you too?
You could make some sort of flapjacks or hobnobs?
Muesli/cereal bars may also offer some suggestions
I'll merge this later for you once you get some more input
Thanks

Edit - to include a link to my favourite flapjack recipe! Second time today I have had to look this up and now i want flapjacks! AGH!A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

I make my flapjacks using , oats , honey , flour, brown sugar, butter then add either chopped glace cherries and coconut or chopped dried apricots and white choc chips, both are delicious..#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

Oh yum! I love Starbucks Granola bars too (and the skinny carrot cake which I haven't seen around for a while) and was thinking the same about making some. I had one the other day and it definitely had dried apricots and sunflower seeds in it as well as the raisins.
I like to think of them as a flapjack with less butter, or a cross between a flapjack and a cereal bar, but I might be deceiving myself there. They are certainly not greasy but I am not sure exactly what is holding them together.
Edit - found this
