Thanks OP I will have a look. Often see things I like advertised in the paper (and no I certsainly don't agree with/ believe all they print!) but they tend to be expensive.

Anyone had problems with mail order items not turning up for these people? I ordered some snow shoes from them at the end of Nov. I had a dispatch email on the 14th Dec but nothing turned up. OK, there have been delivery problems. I have emailed them twice with no response and the 0844 numbers and 0871 numbers are either busy or put you on an expnsive hold.

cpwp have you looked on say no to 0870 there might be a cheaper number to use.

Yep, I am using it. First they should not be allowed to make money because they have screwed up. Why actually supply anything? You could just put a dummy add in, take payments and make money on people ringing for a refund. At 10p per min you would be quids in.
