Anyone had problems with mail order items not turning up for these people? I ordered some snow shoes from them at the end of Nov. I had a dispatch email on the 14th Dec but nothing turned up. OK, there have been delivery problems. I have emailed them twice with no response and the 0844 numbers and 0871 numbers are either busy or put you on an expnsive hold.0

Yep, I am using it. First they should not be allowed to make money because they have screwed up. Why actually supply anything? You could just put a dummy add in, take payments and make money on people ringing for a refund. At 10p per min you would be quids in.0
