How is it currently stored? Is it plated? Is it just the bolognese, or the spaghetti too?If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

Just the bolognese, it is in a tupperware container. I have now put it in warm water. I need it to be ready for my tea this evening but I had forgotten to get it out last night.0 -
You can defrost directly in a pan over a low temperature once you can remove from the tub. Make sure you keep stiring and breaking it up.
There is nothing going to harm you. We do it all the time. Straight from freezer under hot tap to loosen then into pan. Cooked and on a plate in 10 minutes.

Agree with Bogedone. We do it all the time xMe, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx
