    Hi, yes you have to print off the email and post it to them, they say too post it recorded delivery but I just sent it normal post.

    I won a deep frying from this today, I almost fell off the chair.

    Funny thing is our old one blew and fused the house in December so I said I wouldnt replace it, and we have been having oven chips.. Kind of glad I didnt buy a new one now Haha!
