Got a call from Brit Films last Wednesday asking for my address as apparently the piece of paper with my address had been misplaced and was told it would be sent special delivery and arrive on Saturday morning ..... Then got another call but was for other winner but have misplaced their addy as well.

Well Saturday came but no parcel.

It finally arrived by normal post this afternoon but thought mmmm small boxes.

As per the list by the site of list of prizes should have been everything bar electrical goodies and books for me.

Due to this it should have been 100 dvds and 40 blu-ray dvds so went out specially and bought a blu-ray player as didn't have one.

Luckilly my hubby had saved the list which I used to tick things off but was gutted when realised that there was 52 dvds missing off the list, 32 blu-rays not sent and 2 dvds said should've been blu-ray but was ordinary and lot of merchandise not sent either.

I posted a comment on the blog but it was pending approval and got an email from this afternoon saying "We never actually published a list of the 2nd and 3rd prize , we only
said “which is a selection of the full list’ on the final post about the

The reason that the list isn't published in full is because we were
receiving prizes right up until the last minute from PR companies and
could never make a definitive list, some only sent 1 copy etc so this
instantly went to the first prize and the rest were shared between your
lovely self and the other lady who was a runner up.

Obviously the hardware and cinema pass were not in your bundle as they
were what makes the 1st prize the main prize and a little bit extra
special.

Thanks for entering and supporting the site, we do hope that you enjoy
all your prizes and enter again next year.

I'm annoyed as bought a blu-ray player for nothing really as the ones they sent are't that good.

There was more stuff that that listed as I entered them onto my spreadsheet daily.

This has put a right dampener on the win so gutted but I know I should be grateful for the win but I hate it when they change things or don't honour prizes.

It is disappointing that you didn't get what you thought you would, but it is exactly that - what you thought.

You stated in your op you didn't realise there were RU prizes. There was no definite prize list - from the comp page:

Oh by the way, this is all for the 1ST prize winner, however there will be a 2ND and 3RD prize too, which is a selection of the full list that you see here, pretty much everything bar the hardware!

Lady G has given a reasonable explanation for why they can't give you the full list (not that they ever stated they would).

I personally wouldn't have made any purchases until I had the dvd's - but that is me! lol

it wasn't just me who thought it was all the dvd's and merchandise apart from the tv etc as that is what it said until I pointed this out to them yest when it was changed on the site
