Good morning, just checking in quickly!
Having no internet downstairs is driving me nutty! The £2.50 challenge has been blown out of the window. Reviews are going ok, I've been writing as many as possible when there is nothing to decent to watch on TV and I've been sat freezing in my bedroom! I've been rating on my phone lol, getting more use out of it than I ever have!! I'm thinking about moving my router downstairs, but that means having a wire going all the way upstairs, then getting a wire to plug into my laptop. I know I have to do something, money making is going slow!
Hope everyone is ok, I promise to catch up when I get a chance!!Making money for christmas 2012:santa2:0 -

Hey guys anyone looking to buy disney dvds they are bogof on Tesco entertainment BUT there is this code EXM5OFF30-1 that is for £5 of £30 spend and the site recognises the code befrore bogof kicks in!
Long winded explaination is the disney dvds are 13.99 each so nearly £28 in basket then add a dvd or something else for £3 or more and enter code! I got 2 Disney dvds and a £3 dvd for 11.99 delivered! Hope this makes sense!
Or if you are buying blu ray as they are more expensive no need to find a cheap dvd to add as together they make over £30 before bogof!
I hope I have made some sense here!:xmassmile**New** Thrifty Gifty Money Making for Christmas and all occasions 2012**:xmassmileMember No. 11 of Happy Chappy's Clip Strip Club!

Nice spot Legend. I just ordered 4 Disney - Rescuers, Robin Hood, Dumbo and Tangled, and used your code, for £22.98 plus 110 CC points.
I think some of the stuff like this I am buying I might put some away for next Easter as I always like to buy some chocolate and a proper present. I'd already picked up 2 Disneys the other week from play, so I am glad they weren't included here.
Thanks for sharing.0 -
Afternoon all
I have put a photo on my blog of some slippers I made for YD if anyone's interested. I have been rating all afternoon since coming down stairs from sewing. Oh is on his way home so I need to get off here now and get some tidying up done lol.0 -
Thanks for the code Legend.
Rufus - those slippers sound nice - I haven't looked yet though.
Michelle - Great idea about putting some DVD's away for Easter. I could get one each for my Nieces.
I'm all shopped out today. I've been this morning and bought myself some new shoes, then I had to go back to T and pick up my direct orders. (more Christmas presents) and the DD2 dragged me to Boots, and bought all her Christmas presents for Me, Her dad, her sis, nan, grandad and two aunties. Bless her - she was picking some brilliant stuff. Everyone will love them. Then off to Pets at home, for one for the dog.
She's saved all her pocket money for three months.
My ebay stuff ends in less than an hour. Not looking too good at the moment. I've got bids on one out of 6.

Aww, that's so sweet of your daughter. I can't imagine many kids would save 3 months pocket money to buy presents for others.
I had a nice surprise with Topcashback. I ordered an Amazon e-voucher a bit ago and checked to see if it was there. It was, so I applied it to my Amazon account. I had 2 other Amazon codes in TCB that I was sure I had used, but I thought I'd check just in case. One of them credited, so that's £7 more than I was expecting
. I was SURE I had already used them!
I'm about to place a Vistaprint order so I'll see if I can get TCB to track it, it often doesn't work for me.
Oh, I had the £9.80 paid in from Viva too, quite a productive week
I hope your Ebay things suddenly get a bidding flurry Elysia. I've been sorting a few more things to add tonight or tomorrow.
One of them is a Disney Belle outfit that I was given ages ago. I can't even remember why I was given it as it's not like I have a daughter. Anyway, I was taking a photo of it and DS asked what it was, then asked to try it on. He thought it was hilarious to run around in the dress and even let me take a photo! To be fair, he did pretend to be a girl Jedi from Star Wars so still ran around waving his lightsabre :rotfl:Making money for Christmas 2012!0 -
hello all, please can I join in with you??
I'm a long time lurker, found this thread in about May and read it back from the beginning. Have joined a few of the survey sites on the first posts and I'm really loving it! You are all so inspirational and have kept me very motivated. Feel like I know you all already - lol!0 -
