Its a nightmare Bunbun isnt it with the school visits. I had a right moan at YD's school before, they were organising a trip to the US, took them all into the hall and showed them a film all about where the trip as going and what they would see etc. Cost was more than I get for myself in about 5 years. There was no way I could afford that kind of trip. Said to them it was unfair showing them the films etc before. They should have emailled the parents and asked if they thought they could afford for the kids to go and then just show the ones who were going. The kids are moody enough at that age as it is than alone being shown this fantastic holiday then us parents having to say they cant go.

Thanks for the tip about Viva, I only managed one 85p one but it meant I could redeem. Havent got much more money making done today as been busy sewing. I made OH a new shirt for his birthday. Cut it out last night and finished it this afternoon (photo on my blog). Only cost me about £4.25 and its the kind of shirt he has been going on and on about for ages so reckon I saved myself a packet. Want to make myself a top tomorrow if I get time, have to pop and see ExMil first before I start.

Edit to add, just had a look on Liberty site as they sell the kind of shirts he likes with the mini patterns on them. They are £125 each !!!

Sorry Michelle. It must have finished at 7. I only got it 5 minutes before I posted. :(

Bunbun - I'm sure I said this before. My DD came home from school one day when she was 15, can I go to China for two weeks. The cost was £1,000  and I need £100 deposit tomorrow.

In the end I wrote her a cheque for the £100, and we came to an agreement that if she wanted to go, she could use her savings, and I would pay for spending money etc. It was still a struggle though, so I know how you feel. :(

I hope you manage to sort something out - they may be able to give you extra time to pay if you ask. Don't be ashamed, I'm sure there are plenty of other parents who will be in the same position. ;)

Thanks for the info on Viva - I managed another £1, and I did 85p this morning.

Countdown - 15 mins until my VIP Next slot. :j

Pink I'm on cup of T. To tell the truth, I'm on about three now - one for a well know electronics company (Initials S E) and another with Legend for tissues (beginning with a K) while I've had money incentives from the others, I've not received anything from that one. I'm not very lucky with prize draws either, so I've only been going on that one when they send me a survey to fill. It's a bit boring isn't it? I'll stick it out a while longer, and see how it goes.

Where are you going nice? I go on Monday week for a few days in Norfolk. It'll be a change - we are going to stay in a Travelodge, rather than the usual caravan.

I am going to Majorca for a week. Can't really afford it but going to enjoy it as it will be my last one for a while I think :)

Thanks for letting us know about shop.com goody bags yesterday Elysia, our internet went down again (and again today) and wanted to thank you but couldn't, didn't want you to think I was being rude :(

No real money making done today, surveys have dried up for me. Received two product test and I'm very pleased with the foundation one, it's branded this time and rrp £13, I looked at it the other day and was toying whether to buy it so now I can try it first :) Oh, and my radley bag arrived too, I was going to save it for Christmas but decided it's coming on holiday with me ;)

Hope all poorlies are feeling better today, nothing worse than being ill :(

Hope you manage to get the bit's you want in the sale Elysia, if you are looking at the younger girls clothes could you let me know if it's worth taking a look at? They had some gorgeous dresses in the summer collection and I loved the yellow and blue collection but I don't think they wil be included.
    Comping wishlist for 2017
    1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuff

Gorgeous shirt. You are very talented Rufus. My Mil gave me her 40 year old sewing machine, and I have not had chance to play with it yet. It is one of the things I am going to get on with when the littlie goes to nursery.

I managed a few surveys. £2 on viva, £ on NW own website, £1 on YG, 75p on SNW. Better than a kick up the bum.

I'm seriously fed up with no DY. Shows how much time I spend on it.
