Elysia and Claire, I hope your migraines go quickly. Have you tried the little cool strips that you can stick on your forehead? I swear by those, they're brilliant and work better than any tablets for me.

Thanks for all the info about the shopping.com guides. I haven't been on for a few days so had missed that one. I've just messaged them on Facebook and they replied that they still need guides so I've started writing. Even if I only get one done that's a nice £10 made. Shopping.com is doing well for us all this month :D

I redeemed on T'Looney a few days ago too so it's turning out to be a good month!

Giggles - congratulations on the job, thats brilliant news.

Feel a bit better today, been through the report with a fine tooth comb and the errors and checks that haven't been done, we have already lodged a complaint with the court, but I fired a 5 page letter off this afternoon, + 8 appendixes, to back up what I have said, good to get the frustration.

Also had a moan at my internet suppler, set up a standing order as they were charging me £1 pm to pay on credit card, (initailly they would only do credit cards), they dd didn't go through as they hadn't set it up, got the you pay up letter, a few choice, a threat to leave (thou tied into June 2012), they decided to offer me £30 credited to my account as a goodwill gesture!!

    You haven't had the best........

The grandparents are coming across next month, the plan is I meet them the day they land, and then the next day, Miss Hoodie meet them and we'll have a day out, get to know you (and on my teritory!!).

Miss Hoodie has asked can we go to Ireland to see them........ and mum this is the best was looking through holiday cottages, near to them, so we could all go next yr in summer hols, sounds daft its cheaper for us to go to Ireland (seen a 5 bed house- its lush, gd as 1 bedrm and shower room downstairs,) so mums sorted, Miss Hoodie is trying to claim the double bed with ensuite bathrm!!

Its as cheap to do 2 weeks, + ferry than it is for the bronze grade caravan in Devon we hire... So could be a change of holidays!!

    xx

mum2one - that holiday sounds nice. I quite like the sound of Ireland for a holiday. Getting fed up with the same old thing all the while.

Nicky - i'm glad you noticed about shop.com. it's basically just a review with lots of hints and tips, and some links thrown in for good measure, so people can compare. 400 words is easy. ;) if you need any help - you know where we are.

twinklestar - i hope the weather holds out for you, and you make lots of money for your chosen charity.

Claire - I hope you had a good night, last night. First of all I couldn't sleep because I'd been asleep all afternoon, and then I woke early because I'd had enough, I feel better now, thank goodness. Nicky, I remember you saying about those strips before. I've put some on shopping list for today. Thanks :)

Morning all, glad to hear you are feeling better Elysia. Claire hope you are too.

Giggles congratulations on your new job we all knew you could do it!!!!! :j

Good for you sorting out all that for court mum2one, shows them this is important to you unlike it seems it is for him. That holiday sounds great.

Off to do some surveys as with writing the guides, my course thurs eve and work last night I haven't had time. Also got to decide what to do about our holiday in a few weeks. We have one of the sun weeks booked, but on my childminding course every week is mandatory or they don't pass you. So it means coming back Thurs aft, would mean only 3 days away. Was looking into adding fri - mon before but it is going to cost about £175 more. Would mean we get 6 days in total for about £235. Still a cheap holiday for June but not quite the sun cheapy that it would be. What to do , what to do.

    Take care all

All better this morning thankyou, glad your feeling better too Elysia.

Got a busy day today. Off to my dads to packages some ebay items up before the post office closes at half 12. Then going to get some more listed.

Then off to father in laws to help him move his caravan. Well the OH is I think I will just sit in his lovely garden and watch!!!

Hope you all have a great weekend. The OH has 3 days off after today so can't see me getting anything done. He has an interview on Tuesday that I am hoping could change our lifes for the better but we will just have to see.

    Morning everyone, Happy Judgement Day!

Haven't been around much as we have been very very ill here :( It's our anniversary today but way too poorly to do anything nice. Have kept up with surveys but not done the shopping guides, t be honest I am struggling to find the enthusiasm to complete my first assignment due in next week, the course is going well I understand it well enough it's just getting my head around the tma's and the referencing system.

Enjoying playing the starry one, back up to 70 already :) 2 points away on mysurvey, close on IP and waiting on VO to add my balance from surveys months ago so I can redeem. up to 60k on looney so hoping to redeem this month. Not much else to report, have been accepted onto a second scanningpanel but not sure I can cope scanning everything twice!

Hope everyone is well and all poorlies feel better soon, congrats giggles that is so brilliant about the job you deserve it hun x, glad things are getting sorted out mum2one x, good luck with the craft fair twinkle! did you have pictures of your makes? I haven't been on for a while so I hope I haven't missed them!

I'm sorry if I have missed anyone, hugs for all and well done on all your hard work money making xx

Good to see you back Savvy. I'm sorry you've not been well, but Happy Anniversary anyway. Stick with the course - I remember I had trouble with the hairdressing one - whoever says hairdressers are thick must be stupid themselves - the paperwork is atrocious. Anyway, all of a sudden something clicks and you'll understand, honestly! Don't forget to ask for help, if you need it.

Claire - have a good weekend. You sound busy. I wish OH the best of luck in his interview too.

Toluna has been down for two days, but if you still have an email that they sent you, you can still access your surveys. I've just done two. All A OK. I've just seen it on another part of the forum, and thought I'd try. ;)

Just a reminder - it's free listing this weekend on ebay

Have been playing Wh all morning - all i'm winning is points. :(
