Just a quick tip to save money when doing a carboot is theres 2 of you sharing, and you have 2 tables, instead of parking the standard boot up position, park the car lengthways, that way when you have the 2 tables up, kept within 1 car and you can get some room for an extra balnket on the ground at the side. xx

Thanks, think it will be two but just the one car. :)

Hi everyone hope you are all well, it's been so quiet here lately hasn't it?

Hi Elysia hun, hope your ok :) Thanks for the update re Quidco, I prefer the new layout tbh, for some reason brand alley went nuts and put through roughly 150-200 transactions for 50p which was obviously never going to be authorised so it's lovely to see what I should expect back.

Hope the house move goes well Esmer, although I think you should come live near me so I can sample all your lovely cakes ;)

Which skincare was it Susan hun? Was it the loreal one? I'mmissing some points with that, I'm missing points for a week long ideablog I did as well on IPS that would have been £20 worth of points :(

Hope all goes well for those doing carboots, it certainly is glorious weather for it. We have decided to do one just before we move, to get rid of anything we dont shift on ebay.

Had a very productive day today, off the Tesco rolercoaster at last we did well and didn't abuse the scheme anywhere near the amounts others had glad it's over for us though! Sorted out some bits at the bank, fired off a backlog of complaint emails that needed doing, listed some ebay items and have caught up with all surveys (except loony)

Hope everyone is having a good day.

    Hi all

Sorry been awol again all week, so much going on with work, so much work to do and problems to sort out I have just been working eating sleeping this week, feel exhausted and have migraine now.

I entered my till receipt from doing a normal tesco shop, didn't even consider any of the offers at that point and they only compared around 10 of my items so T ended up 3p cheaper than A :rotfl:
I see they have basically pulled the offer now anyway.

I am going to try to catch up on some surveys, I have bids on 3 ebay items that finish Sunday, hopefully will get a few more bids before they end.

    Hope everyone is well :D

bun bun - the same happened to me. I've already spent them now, and i am not going to fess up unless they ask about it. I ordered in good faith and spent what they sent.

I was asked to do a diary anyway for £10 amazon, so if they ask, i will just say, oops i thought it was that. I always get a bit of a present for my friends 2 kids for Easter so i got some crayola colour magic sets from there, so Easter is cheap. I have some stuff on the wish list for DS2s birthday at the start of May, but i am thinking of asking my sisters or mum if they fancy getting him that stuff and me just using existing stuff out the gift cupboard.

I also had my eye on a knitting book for me that is now out of print, and they had 2 copies for £12 the other day, and it is now £67. I can't see me getting a copy of the book at that price. :o

michelle I wonder how many others they sent two vouchers to? wow £67 for a book:eek:

kec sorry to hear you have a migraine. hope it doesn't last long

ds2 has been invited to a friend's party a week tomorrow, doesn't give me much time to find a present. I am wondering whether to use the mug, pen and keyring I got from vistaprint for ds2 as they have the same name!

Emma hon - please change your post. I have been reliably told they look for comments just like that one, and then you get told off and risk your account being suspended. I don't think it is worth the risk of doing that. ;) I think i have seen you on there.

Ever heard the saying, more than one way of skinning a cat? I think some of us are not that original at choosing names on other sites, so perhaps look for our leader on that site, and she is friendly over there too.

ETA - bun bun, i know but it is one i really want. I am gutted i was waiting to get it and it has shot up in price. I have had it out the library so many times.
