the more I think about it the more cross i get. I have been posting, playing and redeeming all by myself noone else is involved and to send an email with no explanation or proof and no further correspondence is not on.

I'm just angry with myself that I recommended it!!! I'm so sorry you've been unable to redeem. I was ok, I was only on 3,000 points. I feel bad for Esmer - who doesn't get many surveys, and this made her money up.

We did have a warning what they were like though, as mum2one and Rufus are banned, but it's been Ok while I was playing - I've been on there just over a year now.

Elysia its you i feel sorry for, your time of membership has meant nothing to them, I mean why ban you and any others when you have been on so long, it makes no sense apart from the fact they dont want to pay out!!

I have sent a second email with more info and letting her no the fact she is breaking rules not letting us complain!!

I honestly loved playing, i had only redeemed twice and had 2 other chances but played instead so i am not exactly their biggest winning threat ha ha, i have referred my friends so will they now get banned, i feel a bit stupid, silly i know but its like we are being treated like criminals which is what the definition means

I have a bit of new information on this but I am not going to write it here due to the nature of it though, I don't mind pming but Id rather not put anymore on the matter on here.

Right now I'm drawing a line under this and putting it to rest as it's been winding me up. Elysia - Don't worry, it helped some of us with a little extra, there's plenty more ways to have fun and get a little extra towards christmas x

I figure the hour I frittered away before is best used to review, it works out better in the long run in terms of time = money.

Ebay isn't doing well at all at the moment, will have to get listing later but it takes me half an hour to list one item :rotfl:

I'm loads better thanks. I went to the doctors on Thursday and they took me straight to the hospital and had keyhole surgery on Friday and was discharged on Saturday so it was al done really quickly (think i was really lucky there). Am feeling 100% better now.

I missed being on here and seeing whats happened. Still trying to catch up with it all

Elysia do not beat yourself up about it at all, they are not worth it by the sounds of it. Like Savvy, I will spend my hours undertaking other activities including d-vous which I can use proper capitalisation of words and proper use of the English language. Innit.

Just think about the sad person who had to trawl through these pages to get all of our usernames, then go through the users on there and one by one strike us off.... Wow, what a job!

Think they probably haven't realized is that a mass exodus like this will have impacts on their pay-per-clicks to other sites, lowering their income. But meh - what are members worth to them anyway?

They always say that if you have a good customer experience that you tell 3 people, a bad experience is over ten. I wonder how many people are lurking here (I was once one) and reading our tales of how disgustingly we have been treated and they themselves will not use the site because of it. I know for a fact after reading here for a couple of months I would have!
