That I guess is the same survey. In my case it ended with a screen saying click here to take you back to the Toluna site. When I did that I got another screen thanking me for completing the survey. But it is not listed in any form on the Points and Sweepstakes page at Toluna either as project open or Prize Draw Entry.
The first time I contact Toluna was through the site and had no reply. Today I used the link on the actual e-mail. This also took me to the Toluna site where it had a contact us page. Clicking on this opened a support Case screen. Lefted another message but not hopeful as this also shows another query I left with them on the 3rd Sep as still open! They did not resolve that one either!!

Legend - well done on not crying, glad you no have a bit of time to yourself. I must admit I was quite relieved when dd started going, although she only goes 2.5 hours so not much time to get bits done it all helps.
Nickybo – nice to see you back and well done on your vista booty!
Elysia – hugs sorry you are feeling a bit gloomy weather doesn’t help does it
Savvy – sorry your oh is being like that. Hope you managed to settle dd in the end.
Hello to all the newbies
Had a good day for moneymaking today. Managed to do quite a few surveys, and polls. Also managed another redeem from bp due to a win this morning so really pleased about that.
On not such a good note feeling quite down today. I have been having a lot of joint pains over the last few months and it is getting worse. I am under a rheumatologist and she has told me firstly it is a type of reactive arthritis caused by pneumonia and pleuricy earlier last year. Then she said it was vasculitus (inflammation of the blood)She has tried me on steroid tablets they didn’t help, then before Christmas I had steroid injections but still no difference. She seemed so surprised when I said I was no better, and I know they are trying their best but feel frustrated that they seem to be stabbing in the dark, just want to know what is wrong. Now got to go back again next week and have nuclear bone scan or something, where they inject with radioactive dye and scan your body. DS wants to know if I am going to be glowing afterwards lol. The worst bit is it says you cant have any contact with children afterwards as you are still radioactive, so wont be able to go near them till next day.
Sorry to have a moan but the pain is starting to get me down and just needed to get it off my chest.
Never mind tomorrow is another day. See you all tomorrow x
Ah bless her, dd thinking your going to be glowing, - thats the hard part not going to the children, I had done about 4 yrs ago for a wrist injury, I was lucky as parents were here, so I just locked myself in bedroom and had waiter service!
Hopefully that be able to get you an answer xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Twinkle - sorry to hear you are in pain, I hope it can be solved for you as quickly as possible. I did have a giggle about the glowing in the dark bit, that would be SO cool!
Legend - well done for not crying. When my son was 4 months old I went back to work. DH looked after him during the day then he went to work when I came home, but we had one day when I couldn't be home in time. We decided to put DS in nursery for 1 1/2 hours a week (seems like nothing now!). When we went for the trial we left him for 1 hour and sat in the coffee shop in the same building. DH had to drag me down the corridor, I cried loads! It surprised me as I thought I was fine with it - children do funny things to our hormones!Making money for Christmas 2012!0 -
Twinkle - sorry to hear about the pain, I know how you feel, I have joint pain every day, always on pain killers. I too had to have the nuclear bone scan. Trouble with me was the pain was in my arms and shoulders and they were trying to scan but I couldnt get my arms in the positions they wanted. I have doctors today as had a blood test done last week as my hypothyroid symptoms have been really bad lately.
Did another D00y00 review this morning, slowly creeping up on there. Checked the list of what is paying the most points but nothing really in those categories that I can review as I have done everything.
Had a few surveys yesterday afternoon but none that completed this morning.
OH has gone back to work today so if I feel like it this afternoon I might take my camera up and take some photos of the bits I have made for selling.0 -
Quick question...
How long does vista orders take to arrive? I need a few things for the middle of Feb if i place an order tonight (fingers crossed I can get on laptop without fighting off kids and OH) would it arrive in time?0 -

I ordered two lots beginning of the month and second lot has arrived this morning so about 2 to 3 weeks.0 -
Redeemed from BP this morning so total so far is £15 Amazon - not bad! Watchers on eBay things and one bid so looking ok there. Probably won't hit the £50, but everything is useful.
Hope everyone having a better day than me, and it's just started snowing to add to it all

At first I thought they didn't track, but then they did, but only as a prize draw entry. It was one survey which I had to take in two halves, yet I completed them both.

I inform you that after a survey has been closed and no new participants are entering, we have to wait until we obtain the file for payment from the client who has previously analyzed the data. When the list with the participants who qualified for a specific project is sent by the client, we post the points into our members' accounts. Sometimes during this period of time, the participation status in your account may be incorrectly displayed as "Prize Draw Entry" instead of “Project Open”, even if you have successfully completed the study.
Therefore, please don't worry; if you have qualified for this survey, you will be credited for it, even if at the moment you cannot see the right status for this in your account. I kindly ask you to check your account again in a few weeks and let me know if the payment is still missing.
If you go to the points in my account bit, and click on it. It will firstly list all the polls you've taken. Scroll down further and it will be surveys. Check on the date and if it says survey open, they know about it and will give you your points soon. If it says prize draw entry, wait a couple of weeks to see if it changes and if not let them know by the contact us bit at the bottom of the email. HTH
Thanks elysia. I just went in for a look, and it doesn't seem to have tracked at all. No prize draw entry no survey open, nothing! Hmm.. i wonder if I should wait or contact now?0 -
