Tracey congrats on DD's birthday. It was my DD's the same day - we hadn't found homes for all the Christmas presents and then you get another lot, so I know how you feel. To make matters worse, be are awaiting delivery of a new chest of drawers but they are not due until 12th feb. Grrr.

Tracey = don't worry about not being able to keep up, or not do bp. At least you've made a start. Every penny you earn is one less you need to find later, so a small amount of money is much better than none. ;) Well done hun.

Thanks hun. Its hard to know what to do when its so soon after christmas. My house looks like a toys shop atm upstairs!! Where on earth are all the new bits going to go!! LOL!! Have sorted a little out today, know i need to do the wardrobe for clothes as she has grown so much!! Told her she has to be a bit ruthless with the toys. That didnt go down well!!
Downstairs looks like a card shop as there are two lots of cards - mine and hers.

  • Kec - Sounds like your having a really bad start to the year hun. Try to keep your chin up, easier said than done i know. Hugs to you xx

My husband is self employed. Had a crap December with his van off the road, couldnt work till it was fixed and nowhere had the bits in stock. So frustrating. He couldnt afford to pay himself at all for the last couple of weeks of the month. Just glad i was organised and able to sort the bills and bits. It so worrying isnt it.

Kec big hugs for you and hubby we are here for you xxx
I'm a bit confused with np, I thought we needed to play every day to have played enough points?

I would like to be referred to any of those sites mentioned please. I can't remember the names
Quite good news with lap top charger, we only need one part as other part is working and its £6 from eBay so ordered today.
Iv lost motivation at the moment with surveys, maybe some new sites will inspire me lol.
    Can't wait for new challenge!
Looking forward to new ventures

ah i only joined crowdology the other day and they never had this offer, shame!

Kec you are not having a good time of it at the moment, as for how you can help your hubby all i can suggest is he keeps pushing them for his money, i am self employed as a childminder and the only income coming in and one of my fulltimers was 2 weeks late in paying me this month and it just causes so much stress, you worry about things that are not yet happening :-(

Not playing bp as i will get a redeem on wednesday, i might go for the quidco offer on gala tonight if i am bored :-)

Can you pm me the referral for crowdology please? you might have a bit of luck then :p

Just transferred £53.90 from my paypal account into the bank. So I have reached the challenge of making £50 on ebay in January. :) There are still items up for sale and I have commanderred a whole box of hubby's stuff to put on (which usually goes pretty well!) but as I nearly always auction over 10 days these sales will go onto Feb's figures. Made £45 from Musicmagpie too - just waiting for the cheques to arrive! Still got loads of cds and dvds to put on. Yes Musicmagpie probably give me less than what I would get from ebay, but I don't have to pay for postage or any other fees with them and its quicker than letting stuff hang around waiting for listings to finish.

I am back at uni today and have fatfighters club tonight so no listing or magpie-ing will be happening today!

    Have a good one people!

Just a quick one - not time to reply to everyone got to take dd to school in five mins - Zangels you need to use 2,000 points in the week before a redeem, as I redeemed over the weekend I don't need to post again until Wednesday - then I will have a full week to play to my 2,000 again. Is that any clearer? I know what I want to say, but I get myself muddled up, so I can understand if I've confused you too. ;)

Well done Legend on BP - How much did you win?

    Kec - How's OH? I hope he's a bit more optimistic today.
