IPA Letter From OR

When I had my OR interview, I was told that I probably wouldn't get an IPA as the surplus figure according to my 6.28 BR Form was £15, and that the details on the form seemed to be reasonably accurate.
I was also told that at some time I may have to fill in another SOA if the OR required it. Have not received one as yet.
However, today I have received a letter from the OR stating that I need to sign to agree to pay £201 per month for the 3 years!!!
Also it doesn't state where the figure has come from.
I don't have £201 surplus , and can only assume that there is an error somewhere, so what would be my next step?
This isn't a NTC, as the letter also states that I need to pay an additional £365 per month to cover this.
Puzzled is an understatement

I would contact the OR and ask for a FULL breakdown as to how they arrived at the figures used.
It does sound odd that from nothing they appear to have arrived at this figure, which would assume that you had a overall surplus of an excess of at least £221 per month!!
It is possible (and I would hate to think this has happened) that the OR has your SOA figures mixed up with some else or more likely it can be an input error on the new system (they input £100 instead of £10)

Thanks for the advice. The letter was a shock to put it mildly, as there simply isn't £201 surplus by any stretch of the imagination.
I could always stop eating, and walk the 42 miles to work each day I suppose.......0 -
