Does anyone have an email address to contact play.com rather than phoning their 0845 number
I have looked on the site but cannot find any email eddress so that I can contact them

I know their customer services in the USA is info@playusa.com, so try taking the usa bit out0 -
Just tried to contact play.com via the above email address and a couple of minutes later got an email saying please contact via FAQ on the site as this mailbox is not monitered
The FAQ is useless as you cannot get the option to email them
