parcelforce what a joke

im pulling my hair out, i ordered something over 11 days ago and have been tracking it on parcelforces website,
it was on there van for delivery on friday at 6 am, then not delivered due to adverse weather, we had no snow, the parcel was in my city where there was also no snow or ice ,

i rang them up and they tried to fob me off saying it must be stuck in london, No it says it at our local depot about 10 mins away, she didnt know what to say and it would be delivered on the monday,
well its now wednesday and numerous calls i still have no parcel.

i rang and spoke to a lovely lady who lives near me and said the weather /roads are ok and she said they will take the parcel to my local postoffice and it will be ready to collect today after 4 pm , finally getting somewhere.

Today, checked the track n trace and it was laoded onto a van at 6am and then at 12 pm not delivered due to adverse weather

i ring again, get fobbed off, no drivers out delivering today , yeah right, you have just delivered to my mum 5 mins away and she only ordered her parcel 2 days ago. she took my number and promised to ring back and im still waiting,

Sorry for the rant but i hate being lied to, i understand about the weather causing problems but its not bad here and even argos in their big lorries have managed to deliver

thanks for listening

Parcel Force - otherwise known as Parcel Farce! ;)

Dfinition of farce - laughably inept, ludicrous, absurd. Need I say more?

  • I think some of them use the weather as an excuse. It would be unreasonable to say it doesnt effect supplies as does time of year but sometimes I think thye take it too far, others can make it why not them. Not just ranting at Parcel Force some other couriers are just as bad

I ordered something off the Woolworths website and I have been tracking my order and it was loaded onto a van at Sunderland a few days back.........and that is where it remains. I could of walked to Sunderland and back the time it has taken. I really need this present as I have the other 2 childrens presents all wrapped and I need to go and deliver them to the family and time is just running out. Could not tell you which courier they are using.
  • Bit of a update, the lady from parcel farce never did ring me, i checked the website this morning and it was on the van for delivery, i had to go out so checked the tracking on my mobile and said delivered, i checked at my local po as i asked for it to be delivered there and it wasnt,

So i fianlly get home and low and behold the parcel was in my outside cupsboard, i bumped into the parcel farce driver who is a lovely bloke and he said he has been the only driver willing to work so has been doing 15 areas on his own.
