Homemade truffles using leftover cake crumbs

Evening, Does anyone have a recipe for chocolate truffles made with left over cake crumbs? Or possibly point me to right thread. I have plenty left over and dont want to waste them. Thanks and merry Christmas

Hi, I use a very simple recipe with cake crumbs, which might be what you are looking for.
Mix up a batch of cake crumbs with some frosting (i cheat and use ready made choc fudge frosting) until you get a thick dough like consistency.
Put it into the fridge for an hour or even the freezer. Roll the mix into small balls, the either dunk into melted choc, or cover with choc strands.
Very yummy, I will be making these as gifts for family.0 -
