When is the Asda Christmas section sale?

Does anyone have an idea when Asda will reduce their Christmas gifts this year? I remember last year they did it before Christmas. There are a couple of bits I would like for my niece for her birthday.

    usually christmas eve or the year before last it was the 23rd. Some were reduced a bit today but not as many as normal, so i would say maybe thursday or if not it will definitely be friday

    asda in washington already did this about a week ago , all the toiletries and gift sets were reduced to around 75% off , shelves were empty before i got in there
