I've just been online to make my final change to my order and have clicked the change time box by mistake and almost all time slots are available for 22nd.

Might be worth checking yours too if you did not get a slot.

I have just cancelled my order or tomorrow - no sausagemeat or gammon available! Had to be preordered apparently!

Some stuff has to be. I did not get a turkey this year but I am still having the order for everything else - here is a huge difference between shopping for one turkey and going out to do an entire shop surely!!??

Beware - don't rely on the delivery getting to you!

They are cancelling orders in our area too and we don't have alot of snow. I contacted CS because I have an order due for the 23rd evening and was informed that all order are stored at HQ and my order will not be processed until the morning of the delivery when they are passed to the appropriate store. If there are staff available they may offer for the order to be packed and you collect from store. They cannot even guarantee this

my delivery has come but get this

they are saying that the 20/30 is included in the total - how on earth can this be the case - they have not taken the 20.30 off - I am waiting for a call back from the supervisor
as well as delivering out of date stuff - not impressed
