Notice of Re-Mortgage fee

Hi,
I am remortgaging my flat with a different mortgage provider and requested some information from my Estate Management Company (Buildings Insurance schedule & policy and Service Charge receipts, which they sent) and they've told me they charge a fee for dealing with a notice of remortgage of £75 + VAT.
I'm not entirely sure what this is for and it seems excessive. I’ve previously remortgaged (same circumstances) and don’t recall there ever being a charge?
I have read a few other post on the net, which pointed me in the direction of checking the lease on my flat and I found this:
Within Twenty-eight days of the date of every assignment grant of probate or administration assent, transfer mortgage charge, discharge order of court or other event or document relating to the term.
- to give notice thereof in writing to the lesser and pay to it a reasonable fee for registration subject in any event to a minimum fee of £15. No fee shall be payable in respect of a mortgage charge or discharge contemporaneous with the grant of this lease or if a fee is paid for registration of another contemporaneous disposition of the premises.
Is this relevant?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Send a letter to the Agents (by registered post) requesting a detailed breakdown and justification for the charge levied.0

It's a standard charge. Certainly not the cheapest, but it isn't an unsual sum.0
