Daft question re M&S green silicone Xmas tree mold

Help ! I treated myself to a M&S green silicone christmas tree baking mold, and I plan to make a victoria sponge type cake in it, split it and put buttercream in it and on top, but all my vic sponge recipes do it in two tins, so if anyone has one of these pretty green things (an unnecessary impulse buy I now realise !)- please how many eggs-worth of mixture would you do, and how long would you cook it ?

put water in your usual two tins and then pour it into the new mould. Should give you an idea of how much mixture you will need compared to what you usually use.
