Coventry are bordering on the neurotic at the moment on both credit score issues and valuations - and are extremely unlikely to change their decision in my view. Their BDM in our case is weak and uninterested to say the least - and I gather they are all under an answer broker's criteria questions and do not get involved brief (didn't used to be the case).

We have two cases with Coventry at the moment and both are nightmares (for what I view as excellent clients) - decided to remove the detail as specific enough for a Coventry employee to identify the cases (and us) !

Flexible they ain't - some excellent deals/products but on hugely picky criteria - they are on our 'use only with caution' list as a result of the above !

.... and yes, they are very much score driven and risk adverse.

Without knowing your detailed circumstances and needs it is impossible to suggest your best direction for lender - but my original comment applies (and you need to get the next one right, unless of course your broker proves me wrong and gets this overturned)
