a couple of questions...

firstly - in our house there is me, alan and our ds (will be 2 in march). how much would you all spend a month on food if you were us?

secondly - is there a place for recipes for lactose free foods? i'm sure i've seen one somewhere!

    Your budget has to suit you and your family's circumstances; it depends on your likes/dislikes, are you veggie/meat eaters, what stores you have nearby, and a hundred other variables.

    you might get some ideas on the Grocery Challenge thread - you don't have to sign up to it if you don't want to, just read through the posts to see how other people are budgeting
