CCA advice

Hi could someone please post me a link to the letter I would need to send to CCA all my credit cards and loans please?
Also as I'm on a DMP with payplan would I be ok to continue to pay those that I have CCA'd while its ongoing? I know the usual is to stop payment but I've only just restarted my DMP and kind of want to keep everyone happy while I'm looking into it all!
Its mainly my barclaycard I'm wondering about as I got it as a student and dont think I ever signed anything it just came with my account?
I have become a little righteous over some of my debts recently, most of them are because I made a mistake, so I've been penalised, but I suspect big mistakes have been made (i.e. the PPI I was sold by MBNA, which was useless as I was on temp yearly contracts! waiting for them to reply on that one). I don't want all my debt written off, I know I owe it, but I do feel a bit like they make mistakes too and get away scot free!
thanks in advance!
