Hi everyone
Just made the mistake of looking at the state of our Payplan account. It says I will be clear in 2021 !
Oh No !
We have been with PP for 4 years now and have paid £15000 so far but it just does not get any easier!
I just wish that we could pay the lot off but you know that we can't do that. Unless I win the lottery that is!
What keeps us all going?
Do companys like Lloyds, HSBC and Halifax never write debts off near the end?
aaarrrggghh:mad:

Have you managed to get them to stop interest and charges?
Have you looked into Reclaiming PPI and credit card charges (not covered by the bank charge case)
Are all the credit agreements enforcable?
Juth thought it might be worth checking some of these. Even if just to put you in a stronger position if you are able to make F&F offers at a later date. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
