Got my 3 parcels today, love love LOVE everything I got
went on to get a couple more bits and pieces (more of the same lol) and all the prices jumped up when I put in the code on the discount board and now I can't get my cookies to clear! Aaargh lol perhaps I'm not supposed to spend anymore money this year! lol .•

I have been having a look/sniff at the things I bought in the sale that were for me:D and came across a discount voucher code inside one of them that expired in 2008:eek:

The same thing happened to me, I saw it said on the invoice "Mothers Day gift Spring 2008" so I opened it. It had a voucher that had a use by date of March 2008! I emailed Body Shop but got no response so rang them yesterday. I was concerned that the products were nearly 3 years old and as such didn't feel I could give them as a gift. She said they were fine for 3 years, when I queried this she referred it to a supervisor who said they were fine for 4 years. Since it was obviously becoming a one upmanship numbers game, I gave in!! and I'm sending it back to them. They said thats why they were reduced but I think it should have been clearer. They also refusd to honour/renew the vouchers, again citing the fact it was a sale item. As a regular Bodyshop customer its certainly made me more wary when buying things in their sale.
Been much more impressed with my lovely Crabtree& Evelyn gifts from Amazon, much better value for money!:)0
