Any ideas? Trying to work out my extremely confusing payslip.

£108.85 per week I think.
What your employer pays you might be what is making it difficult to understand. For example where I work you are paid "full salary for 18 weeks, then half salary of 6 weeks."
What this actually means is you get paid your full salary MINUS £108.85 per week, which you then get paid as SMP, which means your total take home pay is the same as before for the first 18 weeks, then for the remaining 6 you get 50% of your wages PLUS £108.85.
