The voucher process has to go through their internal processing looking for duplicates.

Usually they:
1) Scan for duplicates and omit them.
2) Send out the vouchers.
3) Wait for complaints from loads of people claiming that they hadn't got their voucher.
4) Send out the remaining vouchers they originally omitted - sometimes as £5 vouchers, sometimes as £1 vouchers as they've already given out all their £5 vouchers.

It can sometimes take up to 10 days before you get your voucher. At the end of the day though, it is a freebie!

This is untrue. I have had loads of them before i have over 500 submitted and last time put loads of rpoints so make sure you check out http://www.rpoints.co.uk cos you will find loads when i post them
