I expect the method of payment you used is irrelevant if the terms of the contract are valid, if chargeback is what you are planning.
"...chargeback can be used in cases of goods not arriving, arriving damaged, arriving not as described, or where the merchant has ceased trading....The main requirement for compensation is evidence that there has been a breach of contract."
