Kaleidoscope CDRs 100 for £6.99 from http://svp.co.uk

http://svp.co.uk/products-solo.php?pid=109

They just sent me an email and are selling 100 CD-R for £6.99 + 99p delivery.

Seems like a good deal. I just bought 50 from a supermarket for more than this, but I needed them in a hurry.

These aren't my cup-o-tea anyway, as I think it would be difficult to read when you write on them in pen.

they seem to get a good rating on the site, but who knows if that's genuine.

Also, I've got no idea where the email came from in the first place as I don't remember subscribing to SVP buyers guide, so perhaps it's spam (in which case I shouldn't really be promoting this)... but then again, it may have come from somewhere else.

Offer ends 2PM today.

Enjoy.

Steve

svp have been around for a while now in Devon. I'd be surprised if you didnt get what you ordered.... :)
  • SVP are great! Very reliable, stuff usually arrives the next day! I use them all the time!:)
  • Yep SVP long-standing and very fast/reliable. Discs were their core business but have diversified beyond them. Delivery charges can be significant, but occasional weekend 99p offers (to newsletter subscribers), and usually have a just 99p charge if you order any item from a special list of products.
  • Yep. SVP are a great company. I use them all the time. Mainly when their offers are on. :)

SVP are fine. Whether you'll get good LONG TERM value for money for overprint cd-rs is another question. You may be lucky and get Verbatims which had incorrect labelling or something, or you may get a batch that wont last more than a couple of years.
    You pay your money.........

(P.S, I HAVE occasionally bought overprints for data which I don't intend keeping for more than a few months, so I agree there is a time and a place for them).
