Where does your brother live...Uk or Bangladesh? Because it'll be pointless anybody on here recommending British fashion if he lives on the sub continent. The weather's much colder here. Prices are also much higher. Don't take this the wrong way but if you're not living over here then you might find it difficult to afford many items of clothing from any links we might provide.

The only other thing I can suggest is a football shirt. They're very expensive over here even for us Brits but you might be able to find cheaper equivalents in Bangla.
