I got the answer as Civilisation V. I looked in "awards" tab at the top of the page and saw which one was at number 1. Am I looking in the wrong bit?

The Mass Effect 2 listed on the awards page is the PC version (the version referred to in the list of possible answers is the Xbox version). I searched the reviews for the Xbox version and it came up with a score of 9.8 (0.1 higher than Civilization V). I think the question is asking for the highest score, rather than the highest number of awards, so I think the OP's answer is correct.
