I think this is over I have just tried to place an order I had them in my basket but when I went to checkout they had disapeared and whilst I can still them if I type in Madison you can no longer click on them.

This problem happened with me before on Marshalls website. I had placed an order with no problems, but didn't receive any kind of email confirmation for the order and it didn't show the order in my account.

After contacting them with the order number I was given at checkout, they said they had no record of the order. So they had to manually place the order for me.

So in my opinion, if you can't see your order in your account, it most likely hasn't gone through, so you may want to contact them about it.

my order isnt showing on my account and no email confirmation either. Im thinking this may have disappeared into the gitch ether!!! was fun though and you never know my cushion mountain may still materialise!!

Ive had no order confirmation BUT you can order 2 for £1 instead of 3 for £4 which is what it is showing now!


Therefore u can order 4 cushions in 2 separate orders for £2.
