Collection of an old fridge freezer

Hi, does anyone know how I find someone local like a scrap man or something that would collect my old fridge freezer?

Thanks but they have quoted me £30 and I cant afford to pay that much

out of curiosity does the freezer still work? if so you could sell it on ebay for 99p collection only.

Good idea Lizard.

I should imagine that a local scrap man or someone like that would most likely charge around the same price as your council.

Have you tried Yellow Pages to see if you can get a few quotes.

I also believe that Argos collects old white goods if your purchasing a new fridge. Not much good though if you can find one cheaper elsewhere.
