Best BTL with no ERC?

Hi all,
The best I've found is Clyesdale's Offset product which is 4.99% with no ERC and a £999 fee. I think Coventry also do one at 4.99 with a higher fee.

Is anyone aware of anything better? (Any LTV is ok). Thank you.

Principality have a 3.99% tracker with no tie ins, comes with a free survey as well and a £1499 fee, this is an exclusive deal though so not all brokers will get it. Talk to a local whole of market broker.

  • If you can secure the borrowing against your own home you could achieve a better rate. If you already have a residential mortgage you might be able to borrow at the same rate as your current deal and avoid survey/legal costs.
