Good face cream/moisturiser recommendations?

Does anyone on here have any recommendations for a good all round anti-wrinkle/anti-aging cream?
I'm looking for something suitable for younger skin (well, late 20s anyway!) that won't bring me out in spots. My skin is fine at the moment but now I'm starting to think about the future and thought now is as good a time as any to take some action. I also suffer with allergies and have heard horror stories about people who always rub their eyes ending up with huge droopy shopping bags in middle age so I'd like to avoid that if I can! My skincare routine doesn't go beyond washing my face with water so I know nothing about the different products out there - but whenever I've tried moisturisers in the past (e.g. tried a friend's just for fun) it's always seemed to bring me out in spots. I don't think my skin reacts well to anything too rich or heavy, so maybe something a bit lighter and more easily absorbed?
(Recommendations don't have to be for just the cheapest products either - obviously I don't want to spend £40 on a tiny pot, but I'm looking for value for money, i.e. I'd rather spend a little extra on something that works than spend next to nothing on something that will just make me break out.)

Why are you expecting wrinkles?

I'm not 'expecting' wrinkles, other than the allergy thing as explained in my first post - I do tend to touch and rub my face a lot which I'm trying to cut out but with allergies it's hard. Also as explained in my OP I'm hardly a teenager anymore and thought I should probably move on from my 'splash of water' facial care routine! It's a prevention rather than a cure. I guess I meant more of a general anti-aging cream than a specific anti-wrinkle cream.
it sounds like you are doing the right thing with your routine at the moment.
Unfortunately for some reason society doesnt seem to accept that women age. As a result you are conned out of a fortune by all these "because Im worth it" adsWho I am is not important. What I do is.0 -
My DD is 22 and has been using this cream for a few months now. She really likes it and it's effective enough to give her skin good protection against this cold weather when she's been doing outdoors stuff and has SP15. There are other products in the range at a reasonable price as well as the day and night cream.

It's £2.99 a jar but 2 for £3 atm, which is a great deal!
The best thing you can do at your age to prevent unnecessary skin ageing and keep your skin looking it's best is to develop a simple skincare routine and implement it consistently, protect your skin from the elements, eat a healthy and nutritious diet, drink plenty of water and don't smoke. Much of the rest is up to your genes.

The best recommendation is: don't buy any (2anti-wrinkle"). They are all cons.
Basically, what Bronnie said: one thing that does "age" skin is the sun, so an inexpensive daily moisturiser with sun protection in it can help. Otherwise, drink lots of water and eat a balanced diet with all the essential vitamins. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
