hi,i,am a plasterer and my employer as just given me two months notice that i have to go monthly,i asked them can i have a loan off them and was told no,so my question is there a set time in law that they must give me?

I think the time of 2 months in ok, i faced this myself when going from weekly to monthly, the only thing was the company i used to work for did offer some loans to get us by for the change over. If you can try and save some money for the readjustment you face.0

I dont think there is a law but this seems more than reasonable - if it is FEb, then it is a short month, and if you are paid weekly with a week in hand then you will have a pay coming mid month to break it down, and once you have made the switch it is done with0
