Homemade Crafts - regulations around selling

Options
Hi

I'm thinking of selling online handmade cushion covers (with or without cushion pads), plus other textile products like handmade padded hearts, handmade quilts etc. Does anyone know about the regulations around this that I would have to adhere to? i.e. Furniture and Furnishings Fire and Safety Regulations 1988 etc that may relate to padding, textiles, fabrics etc?

I would also be using embellishments, buttons etc - do my products have to carry warning labels that products are unsuitable for children and are not toys etc?

Or - where do I go to find out this information? I've looked on Trading Standards website but can't find anything.

I realise that making products for yourself is very different to making things to sell, so any help people can give would be much appreciated! Thank you.
:)
