Kitchen Fitters Glasgow/Stirling Area

Hi

Do any of you guys know of any good recommended kitchen fitters in the Glasgow/Stirling area (we live between those 2 places)

I am looking to have a full new kitchen installed in the early Spring and I have been debating on using B&Q or Ikea fitters but have been told that they will charge a fortune and may not be the most reliable.

Any advice most welcome

what i suggest you do is go into your local howden joinery this is the trade division http://www.howdens.com/

they are in cumbernauld, falkirk, stirling probably more if i know exactly where you are..

go in for a look as there is display kitchens, collect a brochure . at the desk there are business cards for joiners that will supply and fit there kitchens regulary....... ask for manager and he will have a favourite 3 installers.....

the person will come out , design the kitchen in your home or you can meet them in that depot and they will do it onscreen..... joiners that use them get up to 80% off the list price and normally pass majority on......

**ALL THE CARCASES ARE READY BUILT UNLIKE B & q RUBBISH **

I got my entire kitchen refitted last year by kitchen options of falkirk. Highly recommend the guy. He is an independant and does the entire job, from taking kitchen out, disposing of it, rewiring (he's got a wee guy that works with him for that), even the tiling etc. I was around 4/5 days for everything getting done from start to finish. He wasn't that expensive either. We compared with getting a kitchen from homebase sale and someone to fit it, we were cheaper using this guy.
He did mention last year that he would go out of the falkirk area for jobs, and if between glasgow and stirling you're not too far out the area. Not sure if i can leave phone numbers on here or not so can pm you if you want his number.
