Exactly the same with me, just checked my credit card online and they have 'reserved £29.00' so Ill be keeping my eye on this.

Not had quidco track, money taken from my account or an email yet but I have a screen shot of the confirmation page. Should they give the buyer a choice of buying it for £29 or not at all if they dont honour the £17.40 price? I dont think Ann Summers do returns but im not interested in it for £29.

Just ordered a couple of things so thanks. Just as an aside, can everyone log into the site with the registration email details? Just tried and no luck so either I have put wrong email details in or the site is messing about. Could explain lack of confirmation emails?

That's the exact reason many adult toys are junk, they know you aren't going to do anything about it if it does break or fails to work properly.
The jessica rabbit 2 has some very good reviews out there, could be an alternative

By the way, they mean 5.1" circumference for the OP's rabbit.
