Hi
I'm currently looking for the 'right adviser' for transfering an Equitable Life pension into Selestia, be that a small one-off fee based broker with no advice (like Cavendish but they dont deal with Selestia), or a discounted broker with basic advise and service.
Can anyone recomend people in either category?
Cheers

Isn't Selestia only via IFAs?Trying to keep it simple...0

Selestia only deal via FSA authorised individuals. Cavendish could use Selestia if they wanted to but it appears they prefer to work on a panel basis for non advice products.
I use Selestia a fair amount and have done for over 3 years. However, board rules prevent anyone here from saying "use me". You have to approach them if you want to use their service.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
Thanks guys for the replies so far, I appreciate they will only deal with FSA authorised individuals, hence I am looking for that middleman. But on a transparent "I'll pay for the hours you need to spend" basis rather than handing over a large chunk of commission.
Board rules seem a little tricky, but If anyone is able and willing to deal with Selestia on the above basis please do contact me.
Thanks

You must initiate the contact. dunstonh has done all that is permitted by the board rules to indicate that such a contact from you to dunstonh may be fruitful.0
