Hi, we are on a fixed term NorthernRock deal of 6.1% for one more year with early exit fees of £2,400
We are moving to a house valued at £100,000 and are looking at LTV of 70 or 75%
Any deals recommended?
Fixed or Variable, any help appreciated!
Cheers, J

Will check that out. Ive been offered a Santander mortgage at under 3% on a 3 year fixed deal, are they a good, reputable lender?
