A little lifestyle reminder as the festive season begins....

This woman is 51.
She is a TV “health guru” advocating a holistic approach to nutrition and ill health, promoting exercise, a pescetarian diet high in organic fruits and vegetables. She recommends detox diets colonic irrigation and supplements, also making statements that yeast is harmful, that the colour of food is nutritionally significant, and about the utility of lingual and faecal examination.

This woman is 50.
She is a TV cook, who eats nothing but meat, butter and deserts, washed down with lots of wine.
So forget “join a gym and eat more celery”. This Christmas, it's food and booze all the way.
Merry Christmas Girls!

Who I am is not important. What I do is.

Cor blimey guv'nor! I just showed my hubby and he commented on the gorgeous lady's cleavage (as you do!)
She looks so beautiful it's no wonder everyone loves her! A national treasure!
As for her in the top photo, she needs a holiday and a big piece of chocolate cake washed down with some chateauneuf!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

Is Gillian McKeith really only 51??0

gillian isnt a beauty expert though, and she is no longer allowed to call herself a doctor
mind you nigella is far more a thinking mans crumpet than gillian0 -
Not that I'm a fan of Gillian McKieth but guys....who has had the airbrush treatment here! I'm sure anyone could make someone look 30 years younger with a little photoshop!0

THANK YOU! THANKYOU FOR POSTING THIS
.
I was an anorexic in my teens and since recovering have learned a lot. Ditch the diets, give your body what it wants, eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full.
It's got a lot to do with genetics aswell... Nigella is obviously lovely for her age, but it's also in her DNA. Unfortunately looks like Gillian got the wrong side of the beauty stick. She ended up with the 'UG-A-LEE' end... Must say though, if she ate more fat, maybe she would fill out and she wouldn't be so saggy faced?
Another point to make is that Nigella is air brushed and McKeith is not. In saying that Nigella is freakin' stunningnone they less, the really didn't need to do that.
Toto, I
Don't think we're in
Kansas anymore...

Rather unfair photos selected for comparison. However I feel you are worrying needlessly on our behalf ab. I suspect most of us ladies on this board are subscribing to the Nigella wine and dessert regime, whether we're officially "on a diet" or not0

Flippin eck, but that's quite a contrast.0
