• The prize is a Icom IC-M35 buoyant VHF marine handheld transceiver
• The competition is open to any entrant aged 18 years, only one entry per email address. Only one entry per person and no correspondence will be entered in to.
• Employees and their families of National Boat Shows Ltd, the British Marine Federation and agencies connected to this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.
• The closing date for this competition is midnight 16th January 2011
• The winner will be drawn at random and notified before within 28 days of the competition closing,
• Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
• Prize is non-transferable and is not in conjunction with any other offers.
• No cash alternative.
• Name of winners will be available on request, enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope.
• National Boat Shows Ltd decision is final in all matters concerning the competition. It is a condition of entry to the competition that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules.
• Where prizes are provided by a third party then the winner(s) will be required to complete all appropriate or applicable booking or other formalities direct with such provider. National Boat Shows Ltd will have no responsibility for the acts or defaults of any other persons.
