Also, you say you went to a dinner party hosted by your neighbours. Were these not your "local, friendly neighbours" ? I suppose neighbours would probably be local anyway, so I assume they weren't friendly. If they weren't friendly, why did you bother attending ? Or is it that they aren't as friendly as the locals who might earn a few quid out of you ?

Ooooooh, I love hearing a new conspiracy and I've never come across this one before. So to summerise, the Department of Homeland Security are purchasing millions of coffins to house dead people en masse for an impending mass killing that will be instigated by the Rothschilds? That's an amazing one, I love it!!

For anyone interested, there's a video here about Obama being one of the lizard people and being killed by good aliens, which apparently has something to do with FEMA camps (I think we all get put in the coffins after the aliens attack). I can't actually watch the video with sound as Mrs Cleaver is watching Home Alone.

Unemployment - +/-1% change from now
Interest Rates - To rise in line with bond issues upto 2.5%. Its possible BOE will refuse to raise or do QE even but I presume not
House Prices - After inflation deduction Zero % growth
Landlords - Its a job, be grateful for the income from utility type housing especially student or regular people flows. Luxury apartments, less so
Tenents - Better to own house, tenants will get any rising costs passed onto them without subsidy owners benefit from
