right thanks to everyone who has advised so far

what i didnt want to say im going to because i feel ashamed of how things have turned out
i am a disabled man with a wife and 3 kids i live in a coumminity housing group house which is fine no problems lovely house i also live on benifits know after losing my job to my disabilitys i have worked hard all my life i also lost my own home 3 yrs ago. so what my parents want to do is get me back on the property ladder they own there own house and the house next door is comming up for auction next year, they are both retired and life on pensions but the house they own is worth around 250k what they want to do is buy next door for me and my family so they can help out if and when my wife goes back to work. i wanted to find out how this could be done the way of paying the rent or mortgage is through lha alot of you may take a dim view on this but its know different from my housing group house the local council will pay lha for renting from a family member as long as a contract is in place through a legal path.thats why i asked about equity release btl as you can see down sizing is not a option. im sorry if i didnt say all the facts to start with but call it being proud
