dunno about kids ages, but i love the kipper books

There are different types of Kipper books, some board ones for littlies and then some aimed at older children.0

No it's not the little board books.
For a six year old, however if the little boy of five has almost grown out of them
Wonder if he was having them read to him, can't think he would be reading these story books all by himself.0 -
I am not quite there as my DD is only just 4. I would imagine for a 6 year old some of the older Alan Ahlberg like Burgler Bill?

I think some of the Kipper books are a bit longer and more in depth than others.
For first reading books the lady bird ones are still meant to be excellent.0 -
