Terrys All old Chocs are on a 241 promotion at the moment and in Tescos Chesterfield Road Sheffield the 241 is not kicking in so with DTD the chocs are free.

Thanks, I will make sure to try this one out. do you have any other info, such as was it a self service checkout you used?

I paid at the till and went to customer service to get DTD probably would work at self service as the 241 is not kicking in.

Was it the All Gold Milk variety you bought? On .com the Dark ones aren't included in the BOGOF.

That could be the problem, both are probably supposed to be included, signs put up for both but in the computer system only the milk have been put on. If this is what has happened then it may well be nayionwide.

milk weren't in the offer.

It did look promising, as they hadn't got a label out for the promotion, i though perhaps someone had taken the label off as they do when these things get flagged up, but no such luck.

I bought two boxes of the milk Terrys All Gold yesterday evening and there was a sign saying two for one but got charged for both.

I bought one milk and one plain instore yesterday and the BOGOF did work. Says £3.99 deducted in the Multibuy savings.
