im wanting to buy some fountain ready chocolate without the need to add oil etc i alway spoil it.
anyone got any suggestions / ideas / knowledge about what chocolate is good and the best prices and where to get it from ???????????

I always used Thorntons as you do not need to add anything to it,costs £9 for a 900g bag.Also found them here http://www.gilesandposner.com/acatalog/900g_Dark_Chocolate.html
The prices are pretty much the same where ever you buy them from.

You can add oil to regular chocolate too and it will work fine in a fountain.

We got some from Robert Dyas. It was £15 for 2 large bags that you melted in the microwave & put straight ino the fountain. Very nice it was too!0
