M & m direct parcel delivered opened

Hi have i anything to worry about?. A courier delivered a parcel to me today from m & m direct ,i didnt notice at the time it had been opened and then taped up again with fragile tape on it.
Inside one of the 2 hoodies that i had ordered had been taken out the wrapper,tried on then just stuffed back in the bag without the plastic bag.
I have rang the company and they just apologised and told me it must be the courier but if im not happy i can just send the goods back .But im concerned about my account details inside etc am i being a bit silly and should i let it drop and just return the goods. Advise appreciated thank you

I would be concerned. I have no idea which account details would be on paperwork as its been a long long time since I have ordered from M&M Direct but I would contact your bank about that, maybe they can be watchful or change your details if your worried.

I would have thought though that any scammer would have wanted to hide their steps and would have been careful to re-pack the bag though. I wouldn't send back the tops unless you don't want them anymore, they are unlikely to take any notice of why your returning anything unfortunetly but you can give feedback via their feedback email and also submit things online to their review section if you feel your not being heard.

Are any card details on the oder slip if 1 is included, if not then can anything be done with out the card details

HI thank you both for your replies there is no card details on the paperwork but my account numbers and customer details thats all so they carnt order in my name without my account passwords etc online. I wouldnt think so anyway, think ill change my bank details to be on the safe side.thank you

I deliver M & M parcels and lots are arriving to us with the fragile tape, couriers generally use clear tape for small repairs.
