What a surprise ...... yet another estate agent predicting a rise in house prices.
They clearly think that they are able to influence the housing market .....0 -
If interest rates stay this low then they may just inch ahead - but if interest rates go up then it is must put prices at risk of falling - surely? I get the feeling that anyone with cash is now desparately looking for a 3 - 4% income and hence the rise in the FTSE and house prices not falling.0

Let's face it, the Labour government kept house prices up and the Condems are trying to do the same, but nobody likes a turd floating around in the toilet bowl, someone will pull the chain as the stink is just too much to deal with, and then goodnight house prices, and good riddance. If you are someone with a vested interest in keeping prices artificially high then bad luck, your time is up.0
